Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Eligibility: Only applies to items with damage upon arrival.
  • Requirements: An unboxing video is required as evidence.
  • Process: Contact support@chawkelab.com for an assessment, and our team will provide necessary after-sales support.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping fee. (Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.)

Return Process:

  1. Submit Return Request: Chawkelab customer service will confirm eligibility via email.
  2. Verify Details: If eligible, customer service will confirm return details and shipping arrangements.
  3. Return Packaging: Use original packaging and return all items listed in your order.
  4. Inspection: Chawkelab will inspect the product upon receipt to ensure it meets return conditions.
  5. Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply if the product cannot be restored to its original condition.

Refund Policy:

  • Inspection & Evaluation: After the returned product is inspected, customer service will notify you of the results.
  • Refund Process: The refund amount will be processed via email, with deductions based on the cost to restore the product.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Refunds may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.

Exchange Policy:

  • DOA Evaluation: Chawkelab will assess if the product meets DOA (Dead on Arrival) conditions.
  • Eligible for Exchange: If qualified, Chawkelab will replace the damaged item at no additional cost, including shipping.
  • Not Eligible for Exchange: If the product does not qualify, applicable fees may be charged.

Verification: If the claim is confirmed, Chawkelab will file a claim with the logistics company and send a replacement product free of charge.
